Did you guess it?

Reader,

One thing you should know about me:

I hate doing retroactive tedious work.

Which is why, if there’s one thing I’m consistent about in my business, it’s documenting my content in Airtable either while I’m creating it or when I put it out into the world.

All of my emails. All of the workflows I share inside The Systems Library. All of my website copy.

ALL OF IT lives in Airtable.

A few days ago, I shared the new sales page for The Systems Library that I designed with Claude in just two days.

And my absolute favorite part of the page is the section that shows all the workflows already inside the Library.

I wanted you to be able to:

  1. See whether any of the existing workflows would be useful to you.
  2. Get a feel for what you can expect from future workflow drops, especially if you want to submit a workflow request.

Part of the reason I was able to create the page in two days was because I already had all of that content documented.

I had already written the title and description for every workflow when I added it to the course portal. So I didn’t have to go back into the portal, open every lesson, and copy everything over again. It was all sitting in Airtable, ready to use.

When it was time to build this section, I had a separate Claude chat analyze every workflow in the Library and group them into three main categories. Then I used those categories to organize the workflows on the sales page.

So. Freaking. Cool.

You might never use AI in your business this exact way, and that’s completely fine.

But I HIGHLY recommend documenting your content somewhere so you don’t have to recreate it or hunt through two or three different platforms for something you made six months ago.

And when you are ready to incorporate AI into your business, you’ll have already done the hard part of collecting and organizing the information it needs to reference.

With love,
Angela

P.S. Documenting as you go doesn’t take much work either. If you aren’t using AI yet, Volume One of The Systems Library walks you through a Zapier Chrome extension hack that lets you save information as you go. If you are, you can hook up your tools to ChatGPT or Claude and tell it to send everything straight to Airtable or Google Sheets. Pic below to show its possible:

Hi! I'm Angela.

I'm obsessed with setting up tech like a 24/7 butler for your leads and clients, always one step ahead of them, because you work too hard to lose money to a "meh" customer journey. I'm an oversharer and a terrible gatekeeper, so my emails are where I share all my systems secrets.
