I broke my promise

Hey Reader,

Every time I see someone promise that AI can complete 90% of your work before you even open your laptop, my brain immediately starts picturing the GIANT project hiding behind that promise.

All the agents you would need to build. The processes you would need to document. Everything you would need to teach the AI first.

It sounds exhausting 😂

Which is probably why I’ve been approaching AI the same way I approach every other part of my business:

One useful workflow at a time.

Over the next few weeks inside The Systems Library, I’m going to be teaching more about AI systems and how to connect AI to the software already running your business.

But before I get further into that, there’s one foundational thing I want people to understand:

The different ways your software can actually handle tasks, connect, and share information.

This week’s Systems Library workflow breaks down:

  • Native automations
  • Native integrations
  • Third-party data bridge tools like Zapier, Make, and Pabbly
  • MCPs, which allow AI to access information or perform supported actions inside connected software

I also walk you through a real workflow so you can see how these different types of connections work together in practice instead of only hearing a bunch of technical definitions.

This felt too foundational for you to miss, so I’m opening the video to my email list for the next 48 hours.

If words like “MCP” normally make you want to scream internally, I promise I break everything down in a way that makes it much easier to understand.

Just a heads up!

You’ll hear me mention an AI prompt during the video. That prompt is one of the resources available to Systems Library members.

This training also builds directly on the training I dropped in The Systems Library last week, which walks you through how to Audit Your Software and Teach AI Your Tech Stack.

If you end up joining The Systems Library, I recommend starting with that workflow first. It gives AI a much clearer picture of what it has to work with before you ask it to help you build more connected systems.

Then you can move into this week’s workflow and use the members-only prompt to start uncovering what your current tools may already be capable of.

And because our monthly live Q&A is happening tomorrow, August 19th, at 11:30 a.m. Eastern, this is also a really good time to join The Systems Library!

So if you watch the training and immediately start wondering, “But Angela... how would this work with my tools?” you can join The Systems Library and work through both workflows in less than 45 minutes total.

Start with last week’s workflow and complete your software audit, then watch this week’s workflow and use the prompt to uncover how those tools can start working together.

Then bring any questions you have to the live Q&A!

Hope to see you there, Reader!

With love,
Angela

P.S. I’m only making the video available for 48 hours from the moment I send this email! I’ll put a countdown timer below so you can see exactly how much time you have left.

Count down to 2026-08-20T17:15:00.000Z

It’s a 13-minute video, and you can adjust the playback speed if you’re in a pinch.

P.P.S. Seriously, if you are someone even remotely curious about how you can incorporate AI into your life or business beyond helping you write emails or draft text messages to your narcissistic mother-in-law, this video is worth watching. It’ll give you a foundational understanding of how AI-automated workflows work!

Hi! I'm Angela.

I'm obsessed with setting up tech like a 24/7 butler for your leads and clients, always one step ahead of them, because you work too hard to lose money to a "meh" customer journey. I'm an oversharer and a terrible gatekeeper, so my emails are where I share all my systems secrets.
